7 Diet Additions for a Healthier Winter

Winter can, at times, feel like hard work. Coughs, colds, and other winter bugs are everywhere, and as careful as we are, it’s easy to catch something. Red Meat

Red meat, as well as leafy green veg, is an excellent source of iron. A lack of iron can lead to anemia, leaving you feeling fatigued and short of breath.

These additions to your diet, as well as exercise, sleep, and sunlight can help you stay fit and healthy all year long. Remember, if you do start to feel unwell, stay at home and get plenty of rest.
