Most of us have good intentions about what we plan on putting in our bodies. In all honesty, what you think is healthy, could totally not be healthy at all. When it comes to what you should be eating, let’s focus on superfoods.  If you’re a moderately active person, you should be consuming plenty of these superfoods to keep up with your body.

Any type of Berry

Yes, any type of berry is something you should be consuming superfood wise. We’re talking blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, blackberries, and any other type of berry you can think of. You can make an awesome fruit salad with berries. Berries are also super portable. Throw them in a to go container and you have a yummy snack for later.

Get your Eggs in

There isn’t another superfood as simple and important as eggs. The best thing about eggs is that you can eat them anyway you like. Scrambled, hard boiled, sunny side up, or even in a salad. You get to choose!

Sweet Potatoes

Maybe sweet potatoes aren’t a superfood you thought about trying. Why not? They’re simple, yet delicious. They’re oh-so-good for your body! Try a sweet potato the next time your body is craving something healthy and delicious.

Any kind of Nut

You may have your preferences on the type of nuts you eat for superfoods, but to be honest they’re all good. Nuts offer plenty of protein to your body and are all around a delicious choice for snack time. Almonds seem to be the most popular superfood as a nut, but you choose the nut that works best for your family.

Broccoli and Carrots

Want something crunchy to add to your superfood diet? Don’t miss out on adding broccoli and carrots to your everyday list of superfoods. Throw in cauliflower too. All these crunchy veggies make for an awesome snack that will help your body in so many ways.
