Most women have experienced some discomfort in their chest. However, it can sometimes be hard to differentiate between a heart attack and bad heart burn. Some would describe this feeling as an elephant sitting on their chest. If you can’t shake the feeling, it never hurts to get your heart looked at as this is one of the main signs of a heart attack.

Severe upset stomach

It is said that women are much likelier to experience this type of discomfort. Keep in mind that during a heart attack, you can have an upset stomach or even nausea. While this symptom seems weird keep in mind that it is legit.

Dizziness and feeling lightheaded

We have all experienced dizziness and lightheadedness before. However, this can also be a sign of heart issues. When you have this symptom paired with chest pain, it could be a sign of a heart attack. This is symptom indicating that your blood pressure has dropped.

A cough that won’t go away

Most of us have experience some type of cough in our lifetime. However, medical research shows that a chronic cough could be a symptom of heart trouble. Don’t panic but if your cough results in white mucous or even pink mucous this could be a sign of heart problems.

Constant sweat paired with other symptoms

Are you not one that sweats a lot? Well, if you break out in a cold sweat and have other heart attack symptoms, you may want to seek help right away.
