Many of you joined the 365 Mile Challenge over the 2017 year. You were a part of the group and it was an exciting year, full of lots of movement. Self-propelled movement, of course. Now that 2017 is winding down, it’s important to start thinking about your goals for 2018.
This boils down to you making yourself move 1 mile a day! It doesn’t matter how you get moving, as long as you are self-propelling that movement. Ski down a mountain or bike a new trail, the options are endless when it comes to joining our movement.
People from all walks of life are joining this movement. The more the merrier in this case. We all build each other up and encourage success in one another.
Adventures on trails are just the beginning. If you don’t know how good being outside is for your soul, then you haven’t been outside enough. It’s time friends, it’s time to grab life by the ski shoes and head outside. In fact, it doesn’t have to be ski shoes, it can be whatever excites you and gets you moving.
