Think of it this way, when you drink water, you are helping your body stay balanced!
2. Water helps you to maintain a good weight
Obviously, drinking sugary drinks have a negative effect on the body. However, water really helps you to maintain a good weight. The benefit of drinking a gallon of water a day is that you have less of a chance to drink as many sugary drinks. It can even help you eat less, which may result in weight loss.

5. Water helps your body digest waste
Think of all of the stuff you put into your body, water helps you get rid of it. Just think—your body needs a ton of water to help you digest things. When you drink water, your body does a better job of eliminating toxins and junk in your body. When you’re not getting enough water in your body, you will notice it by looking at the color of your urine.
