Wondering what to make for dinner tonight? Try my easy recipe for tortilla soup. This is my mother in-law’s recipe and has become a family staple at our house. I love this because you can dump everything into the crockpot in less than a minute, click the crockpot on and forget about it until dinner time!
My house ends us smelling like yummy soup all day long. This is great for cold days and will fill you up. These are all staples that we shop for and keep stocked in the pantry for quick and easy meals. The tortilla soup is almost better on the second day because the chicken has had time to sit and the ingredients are absorbed.
