If you’re in Utah and wondering what to do for Utah Adventure Week, check out our interview on KSL News Radio:

From Deseret News:

“Adventure Week recognizes that Utahns chose this state, in large part, because of the many outdoor adventures that can be found here, so devoting a week to showcasing the world-class recreation that has earned us that reputation, is long overdue,” said Dolan.

Adventure Week events include canoeing, yoga, rock climbing, horseback rides trail runs and skiing, along with the criterium race, municycling, mini velodrome cycling, slackline and zipfy sledding. For the less active, a photography clinic, a film festival and events centered on food and drink are also on the schedule.

The week’s events will culminate Saturday with the fourth-annual Adventure-Gear Fest at South Towne Expo Center, which Salt Lake County Mayor Ben McAdams explained is the public’s version of the twice-annual Outdoor Retailers Show where merchants get the first glimpse of the latest equipment for the growing outdoor recreation industry.”

Utah offers lots of great family friendly activities. What will you do this weekend?
