Top Athletic Fli Lyte Review

It might not seem like a big deal to some but to me, what goes on my feet is a pretty big deal and the older I get the more I care less about style and more about comfort. This is especially true now that I’ve decided to up my fitness game and start shopping for new running shoes this year. In years gone by it was easy to grab a pair that fit and looked good without worrying much about the comfort factor but when I went shopping for my last pair of running shoes I knew those days were long gone. The first pair I picked up were beautiful, for a pair of shoes, but the moment I slipped them on I knew I was asking for foot pain later on down the road if I actually succumbed to the pretty factor and bought them. If you had told me years ago that I would be trading style for comfort, I would have laughed.

Thankfully, I wasn’t shopping long when the opportunity to work with Topo Athletic was presented to me in the form of an email. Topo Athletic is a brand created by athletes, for athletes. Their mission is a simple one: to develop athletic gear made with humble innovation. The key words used are “humble” and “innovation”. Humble, because Topo knows that their products don’t make you better-you make you better. Innovation, because Topo is committed to the ongoing study of physiology, environment, and emerging technologies that enable athletes to constantly improve.

For my review I was sent a pair of Topo Athletic Fli Lyte shoes.

Available in Seafoam/Tangerine and Spring Green/Emerald, these comfortable running shoes are exactly what you need if you’ve been looking for a comfortable athletic shoe. Their foot friendly shape allows for toes to spread and splay without cramping while the light mesh and printing techniques are incorporated into the design to eliminate seams and reduce unnecessary weight.
