Bern Unlimited Women’s Prescott Helmet Review

Bern Unlimited Women’s Prescott Helmet Review

School is out and summer is officially in full swing! Now that we have our little ones home with us for the whole summer, I can’t think of a better time to start charting out the fun activities we can do as a family before they have to head back to school again in just a few short months. One of our favorite activities to do as a family is to take bike rides around our neighborhood or up to our local park; with the kids in school we’ve had to cut back on our rides but now that we have the kiddo’s all to ourselves again we’ll be going on rides together pretty often.

When I was contacted with the opportunity to work with Bern Unlimited to review their safety helmets I was definitely excited for the chance, especially with the summer season ahead of us. Founded by Dennis Leedom in July of 2004, Bern Unlimited specializes in head protection for non-motorized action sports. Dedicated to providing revolutionary head protection to their customers, Bern is passionate, focused and committed to their goals.

For my review I was sent the Bern Prescott Helmet for Women.

The Prescott is a stylish, comfortable helmet for women. The sister to the Morrison helmet, the Prescott model is great for urban riding and hitting the trails. Using the Bern Zipmold technology, the Prescott has a lower, tapered profile fit that is lightweight and has a higher strength to weight ratio than other in-mold models. It’s design allows for 16 vents which allow twice as much airflow through them than the other leading Bern bike models.

The Prescott is available in Black, Charcoal, Fuschia, Teal and White Halftone.

If you’ve been looking to upgrade from last years worn-out helmet and want a safer, more comfortable fit for your riding needs then I’d definitely recommend looking into Bern Unlimited and the many great options they have available for your sport related needs!
