Not everyday can be a big-time adventure at the top of a lofty mountain.  So, on a slow day, I’m not ashamed to admit that we love ANGRY BIRDS at our house.  Are we the only ones? Do you and your kids sometimes get a kick out of it too? It never ceases to provide hours of non-stop funny faces and entertainment for my kids (and me).

All this from angry little birds.  Who knew?

    moment they arise and shift them into something positive as quickly as
    possible. The real problem is that the whole reason we have things like mp3 players
    and headphones is because we want to take our music wherever
    we want, and outdoors is where all the noise is. This will result in you actually
    initiating and instigating a form of self- healing that you can connect with anytime you choose to do so.
