Deals for Walt Disney World

When I look back on my life, I can’t help but be incredibly thankful for the events, the people and the experiences that helped shape me into the person that I am today. I’m even more thankful for the memories that I have from years gone by, especially the ones that center around my childhood. Like the rest of my family, I have a plethora of fond memories from when we were children and look back on them with a smile pretty often. This is especially true now that I’m in my adult years and I have my own children whose childhood we’re currently shaping.

Now that I’m a mom it’s more important than ever that I take part in making memories that will last for years to come. This is why I get so excited when the kids have breaks from school; we use these mini vacations to take advantage of the extra time together without the interruptions of school work and classes. Over the last few months, I have become a travel agent and am working on my certification for Disneyland. As I’ve researched and learned about Disney World it has made excited to visit some time in the near future. I had no idea it was so big!
Walt Disney World is the place where childhood dreams come true. As a child it was the one place that I’d always dreamed of going. I remember being fascinated by the commercials ever time they were aired on television and pouring over the brochures every time they’d come in the mail. Unfortunately Walt Disney World was pretty far away from where I grew up so I never got to make the trip when I was a child but now that I have little ones of my own the plan is in the works to take them to the most magical place on earth and make memories with them at the park that will last a lifetime.

Also know as Disney World or The Walt Disney World Resort, Walt Disney World was first opened on October 1st in 1971. Today, Disney World is the most visited vacation resort in the entire world and is visited by over 52 million people annually. Home to over 27 thousand acres, Walt Disney World has certainly earned its reputation for the most magical place on earth with its 27 themed resort hotels, 4 theme parks and 2 water parks. That’s not even the tip of the iceberg in regards to what Disney has to offer its guests!
In addition to also boasting 9 non-Disney hotels, Walt Disney World is also home to four golf courses that you’re family will love, two themed miniature golf courses for those true Disney lovers, one camping resort, downtown Disney where you can shop to your hearts content and other entertainment venues like a movie theater. Among the 4 parks Magic Kingdom was the first resort to open followed by Epcot, Disney’s Hollywood Studio’s, and Disney’s Animal Kingdom. No matter what age group you have in tow during your planned vacation to Disney or the number of different interests. Walt Disney World has a park for everyone to enjoy and each park has their own special draws to experience.
One thing I know for sure is that when my I finally do get our Disney trip planned, is that my family is in for one awesome surprise. Now the only trick is to figure out which park I want to take them to or if I want to invest in a vacation centered around all 4 parks. Oh, decisions, decisions.
One thing we do to save money is buy the autograph books ahead of time. We’ve found this as a fun thing to put in their carry on backpacks so when they find them it’s a fun surprise that adds to the excitement.

You can connect with Disney on Facebook and Twitter so you stay in the loop with all the greatest news and attractions.
