To get you in the active spirit this Winter, I have partnered with 3 other bloggers to help you get outdoors this winter. We’ve put together a 365 Mile Challenge. Here is how you can get outside this winter in Utah.
Before you head outside
Make sure you are dressed for outside success. Some people don’t like being outside in the winter because they are not dressed successfully. Before you head outside make sure you layer your clothing. Layering is a good idea, just in case you get to warm, you can remove clothing. I love layering because it helps keep me warm during the winters in Utah. Of course, you’ll also want to make sure you have the right gear and shoes. There is nothing worse than wet feet, while outside in the winter. Grab a pair of waterproof shoes that are sturdy and that can withstand the Utah winters.
