The name “Rustic Chicken” means going back to the basics.

The concept is to provide whole food that is made healthy and sourced as local as possible. During peach season, they hope to create dishes with Brigham City peaches.

The restaurant is set up so you go through the line and order first and then sit down.

The menu offers salads and meals, but is a little more on the expensive side. So, don’t compare this to a drive through meal.

The decor and layout is very warm and cosy.

The food was really good. I tried the rotisserie chicken, beats and quinoa. The chicken was a little salty for my taste, but overall it was good food.

Next time you are in the Big or Little Cottonwood area, be sure to stop by Rustic Chicken for lunch or dinner.
