Osprey Hydrajet Review

I don’t know about my readers but here in my state it seemed like the long winter would never end but boy, was I ever ready for it to! I was just plumb tired of the heavy jackets, sweaters, bulky pants and having to stay inside for months at a time. It was a nightmare and I hoped for spring every day that there was a gloomy sky and a chill in the air. When the weather started to warm up I was ecstatic! Just a little longer and my favorite season would be here: summer!

Now, summer is in full swing and my family is ready to dive head first into summer with activities like trips to our local pool, bike rides to the neighborhood parks and hikes around town together. This gorgeous weather has each of enjoying it to the fullest however in the true spirit of summer, it does get pretty hot and we often return home sweaty and looking for a cool drink to quench our thirst. It was for this reason, among many, that had me excited to have been offered the opportunity to work with Osprey to review their hydration products. Osprey Hydrajet Review

Osprey is headquartered in Cortez, California and was founded by Mike Pfotenhauer. The Osprey mission is to create innovative high performance gear that reflects their love for adventure and devotion to the great outdoors. Situated on the corner of the San Juan Mountains and on the edge of the vast sandstone canyon country, the landscape provides the residents of the Cortez headquarters to draw from it’s beauty and use the surroundings for inspiration.

For my review I was sent the Osprey Hydrajet.

The Hydrajet Series is among the Osprey Hydration packs crafted especially for children. It includes a 1.5 Liter Hydraulics LT reservoir for on-the-go hydration so those long summer walks or hikes aren’t leaving your little one parched or feeling poorly during the trek.

The Hydrajet pack is available in Red, Teal and Strawberry Red and includes:

  • Dual Stretch mesh side pockets for convenient and easy to reach storage.
  • External Reservoir sleeve.
  • Front Panel access to main compartment.
  • Front Panel Bungee storage and compression.
  • Hydraulics LT 1.5L Reservoir

Lightweight and easy to carry, the Hydrajet Hydration Pack from Osprey is a great investment if you and your family love the outdoors and plan to spend as much time as possible in it this summer!
