{Recipe} Smoothie

We love to make smoothies in the morning.

Dalton Smoothie Recipe: 

2 cups ice

2 cups apple juice

1 personal size Yoplait yogurt

1 banana (this is what gives it the smoothie texture)

Lots of Strawberries

Lots of Blueberries

Here’s my smoothie helper, with his bed head hair.
